The American Red Cross Blood Services, Northeastern Pennsylvania Region, will host two blood drives next week in Carbon County.

• Noon to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday at Palmerton Borough Hall, 443 Delaware Ave., Palmerton• 2 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Hilltop Community Center, 114 W. Ludlow St., Summit HillWalk-ins are welcome but donors are encouraged to register by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment or for more information.Individuals who are 17 years of age (16 with parental permission), weigh at least 110 pounds, and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate. Bring your Red Cross blood donor card or other form of ID when coming to donate.
