Misericordia University, Dallas, will host "An Evening with the Arts," a concert for the community that will showcase the vocal talents of students at 7:30 Wednesday, April 30, in the Lemmond Theater at Walsh Hall.

The program will include performances by Misericordia University's Chamber Singers and the university's female a cappella group, Beyond Harmony, which includes Tamaqua resident Molly Betz. Selections include popular a cappella favorites along with a medley of choral masterpieces from the Renaissance to the 21st century.The concert is free and open to the public.
