Marian students get ‘good deed award’

Members of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 360, Weatherly, traveled to Marian Catholic High School to present a “Good Deed Award” to the members of the Catholic Relief Services/Students against Destructive Decisions Club. The members collected and delivered 51 bags of personal hygiene items for the Heartwood Center in Hazleton, a part of the Willow Foundation. The Willow Foundation provides services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurities and/or food insecurities.
