Mahoning Township residents won’t see an increase in their municipal tax rate next year.

Supervisors on a 4-0 vote Wednesday adopted the 2024 budget with tax increase.

Total revenues are $3,701,873, with total expenditures at $3,701,873.

That will leave the millage rate at 7.75 mills.

Board Chairman Robert Slaw noted the township was able to keep the taxes the same this time around.

In December 2022, the board adopted this year’s budget with a 1-mill increase, which raised the millage rate from 6.75 to 7.75 mills.
