Monroe County Commissioner Jim Cadue was named the 1998 Member of the Year by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania during its 112th Annual Conference Awards Luncheon held at the Pittsburgh Hilton.

The Member of the Year award is the highest award CCAP can bestow upon a member by recognizing an outstanding career in public service.

CCAP Second Vice President Harry VanSickle of Union County said, “Jim is a member who is always there when needed. His involvement includes service as a member of more than one CCAP committee, a committee chair and CCAP past president.”
