Cingular Wireless PC, which operates under the name AT&T, is the owner of a communications tower located at 62 Red Maple Road in Lake Harmony. The tower is 120 feet high presently.

At 6 p.m. Monday,the Kidder Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet to review the application by AT&T to increase the size of the tower 60 feet to a new height of 176 feet.The lot housing the tower is approximately 118 acres in what is referred to as the Beech Crest Development.AT&T's application states that the increase is a permitted, nonconforming use in an R-2 zoned district and that the proposed change will not adversely affect the neighborhood in any manner.The application and plans are on file at the township building.
