State police at Lehighton have captured a man who has reportedly been terrorizing residents along Hahns Dairy and adjoining roads in Lower Towamensing Township.

Tuesday afternoon residents again complained of the man driving Hahns Dairy Road. State troopers in the area chased him.

The suspect was traveling west on Hahns Dairy turned right onto Walnut Road where he dumped the ATV.

He then ran into a heavily wooded area where troopers gave chase. The chase continued into a field where the troopers caught up with him taking him into custody.

An ambulance was called to evaluate several troopers who may have received moderate injuries and for the suspect.

The suspect was transported to an area hospital with troopers following.
