Jim Thorpe is the first district in the area to start school this year. The high school will offer lunches at full price for $2.60, with L.B. Morris and Penn-Kidder charging $2.35. All three schools offer reduced lunch for 40 cents, adult lunch for $3.25, full price breakfast for $1.25, and reduced breakfast for 30 cents. Parents are reminded that the dress code must be followed by all students. Collared shirts are to be worn every day, with solid colors of navy blue, royal blue, traditional red, black or white. Casual, dress or corduroy pants in solid navy blue, black or khaki are required. Shoes, including sneakers, must be predominantly white, gray, blue, black, red or brown. BOB FORD/TIMES NEWS
