Members of the Marian Catholic High School Pets and Wildlife for Students Club collected donations and held three bake sales to raise awareness of local animal shelters. Club members Kelli Hughes and Alise Shadle, along with club adviser Nicole Veleki, recently presented a check for $500 to the Carbon County Animal Shelter.
