A home in the 500 block of Vine Street in Franklin Township was destroyed by a fast moving fire Saturday afternoon.

The fire was reported at 2:30 p.m. with flames and smoke showing.

When fire fighters arrived on scene they found the one story wood frame dwelling fully involved.

The fire was a two alarm.
