SHARON, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania woman told 911 dispatchers her son had put a razor blade to her throat, and might have weapons on him, before officers arrived at her home and killed him.

Cynthia Loya's account of the events leading up to the fatal police shooting of Sean Marie Hake, 23, late Friday was in a 911 recording obtained by The Herald newspaper in Sharon.Authorities have said little about the confrontation between responding officers and Hake. They said he was shot after the encounter "escalated," and that three officers are on administrative leave, per standard procedure in such cases. Mercer County District Attorney Miles Karson Jr. said he will provide details once the state police investigation is completed.The 911 recording, however, revealed what police were told before arriving at Loya's home.Loya had left her home in her car when she called 911, telling the operator: "My son's trying to kill me.""Does he have any weapons?" the operator asks."Yes, he had a razor blade to my neck, and he tried to get me to take him to the store and take all my money," Loya responds."Where is he at right now?" the operator asks."He's in my garage, and I'm driving around. I'm supposed to pick him up. He's got the knife on him. He said if I call the police he'd slit his throat," Loya says.The 911 call was received by the emergency center in neighboring Trumbull County, Ohio, The Herald reported. Recordings of 911 calls in Ohio are considered public records.The Trumbull County operator told Loya not to return to her home, and then transfered the call to Mercer County, the newspaper said."Yeah, I don't know if he has a gun because I have weapons in the house, and I don't know if he has one or not," Loya tells Mercer County dispatch.She then tells the operator her son is waiting for her by the garage, and that she has weapons in the house but doesn't know if he has them on him.She then explains he was transitioning from female to male.The American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday pressed authorities for a "full accounting" of the shooting of the transgender man.
