Pocono Mountain Regional Police arrested a man Tuesday who was wanted for a slaying in New York City.

Dreshaun Smith, 22, of Queens, was arrested in Mount Pocono on Tuesday.Smith was listed as a wanted person by NYPD after a shooting that occurred Jan. 1.He was arraigned and denied bail. He will be extradited to New York state to answer the charges, according to Pocono Mountain Regional Police.NYPD assisted in the case.
