A Lansford man is lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville after his arraignment on drug-related charged.

Jarrod Gieniec, 31, is charged with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of heroin with intent to deliver, as well as a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.Members of the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force filed the charges following a controlled buy by undercover personnel, in eastern Schuylkill County in March. Bail was set at $25,000. Unable to post the required 10-percent, he was lodged in the county prison.Additional charges are pending.
