When the inside of a storm drain collapsed, Nesquehoning residents in the 300 block of West Railroad Street contacted borough council. The collapse caused a drain pipe, which allows water to flow down to the creek, to block. Borough employees working on replacing the drain are (left to right): Sal Digiglio, Louis Paul (superintendent), Andy Staehle, and Dan Staehle.
