Rush Township police have charged a Tamaqua woman with retail theft after she allegedly switched price tags at the Hometown Commons Walmart.

Jessica L. Hill-Jones, 28, allegedly switched tags on merchandise valued at $49.99 at approximatley 4:25 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
