A Monroe County man was cited following a domestic incident.

State police at Lehighton said William Thomas Posa and Donna Marie Posa, both of the 70 block of Ramblewood Drive, in Ross Township, were involved in a argument. During the argument he allegedly kicked Donna Posa in the stomach and choked her. The incident occurred on July 12 about 2:30 p.m., troopers said.He was cited for harassment.
