It was quite a sight on South Chestnut Street in Summit Hill as Tom and Janel Tirpak decked out their yard for Christmas in July with Rudolph and Clarice, paired with beach balls, swimming gear and other summer items. The couple operates Northeast Chemical in Lansford, which has also been turned into Santa’s summer home for the next few days to help people prepare for the upcoming winter season.
