State police at Frackville reported on several incidents:

• A Chevrolet Traverse was towed off Interstate 81 in Delano Township after it struck a deer at 8:27 p.m. July 12 at mile marker 134.6.

The driver, Peter T. Farber, 68, of Greene, New York, and Donna L. Farber, 68, of Oxford, New York, were not injured, police said.

• A 46-year-old Delano man was cited with criminal mischief and defiant trespass after police were called to a residence on the Tamanend Road in Delano Township.

Police said they were originally called there July 11 for a “scattering rubbish” incident and the investigation led to the two non-traffic citations against the man.
