Mahoning Township supervisors on a 4-0 vote took the following action last week:

• Agreed to spend $348 from the police department’s ammunition budget, to be used in conjunction with a $1,000 donation from All Points Towing, to purchase an AR15 rifle for the department. The total cost of the rifle is $1,348.

• Agreed to spend $544 for five cutting edges for road department plow trucks.

• Agreed to spend $200 for two steel plates for maintenance/repairs.

• Granted an extension to the Sierra Vista Estates (Phase I) until Dec. 31.
