State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a burglary that happened between 9 and 10 p.m., Dec. 31, in Tremont Borough.

The victim is Amanda Dunmoyer, 53, of 16 W. Laurel St.Police said she told them someone entered her home via an unlocked rear door and stole her purse from the kitchen counter before exiting the premises through a back door.
