State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported to them at 4:12 p.m. Dec. 4.

The victim is the Palmerton Lumber Co., 380 Sand Quarry Road, Palmerton.Police said someone entered the property and damaged a gas pump.
