A one-vehicle crash at 6:05 p.m. Jan. 15 along Rt. 940 in Monroe County has resulted in the driver facing drug charges.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police said Antonio Albino, 18, of Tobyhanna, was driving west on Rt. 940 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle. It crossed the eastbound lane, struck a guard rail and traveled down an embankment.Police said their investigation revealed drug paraphernalia was inside Albino's vehicle at the time.
