State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested Andrew keith Phillips, 47, of Allentown, for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Jan. 25 at 10:28 p.m.

Police said the stop was made at Second and Alum streets in the Borough of Lehighton.
