The Pa. Bureau of Luiquor Control Enforcement has cited a Tobyhanna business for violating state liquor laws.
Charged was Bogolijub D. Mitic - Roberto's Pizza and Restaurant, Rt. 940, Pocono Summit, Tobyhanna Township.Officials allege the business on Nov. 23, 2011, sold malt or brewed beverages in excess of 192-fluid ounces in a single sale to one person for consumption off the premises.The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties that could include a fine and/or license suspension or revocation.
