Bill Gallagher is a resident of Palmerton and currently a member of both borough council and serves on the planning commission.

In the past he has served Palmerton as the mayor, council member and as a member of the planning commission.

His priorities while serving the citizens of Palmerton are simply what is best for the community, not one individual or group, but rather for the community as a whole.

He is acutely aware of the Northface project and will diligently follow through keeping the best interest of Palmerton at the forefront.
