A Monroe County man was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred about 12:10 a.m. on Sunday.

Troopers responded to 1305 Jonas Court, Chestnuthill Township, and found Gregory Steven Ross, 27, of Albrightsville, in a highly intoxicated state. He was yelling, kicking and throwing items, troopers said, and after being told to stop several times, did not. He was then arrested and charged.
