State police at Stroudsburg responded to a road rage incident at 1:12 p.m. April 8 resulting in the arrest of a 45-year-old man from Stroudsburg on a charge of harassment.

It happened on Route 209 in Hamilton Township. A 42-year-old woman from Easton told police the man threw his coffee cup at her vehicle.
