Towamensing Volunteer Fire Company will be holding an open house event on Saturday, complete with a community cook-out.

Attendees can meet the local firefighting crew, check out hall rentals for bridal showers, weddings, and other events, and enjoy some time with friends and neighbors.Free refreshments will include a pig roast, hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade French fries, and drinks. The event will run from noon to 7 p.m., but make sure to swing by for some food while it lasts.
