Other reviews
The commission also reviewed plans but made no recommendations. They are:
• Beltzville Enterprises LLC., proposes consolidating six lots at the intersection of Forest Inn Road and Stony Ridge Road in Lower Towamensing Township and then subdividing the newly created lot into two lots. It was noted there were several plan deficiencies that precluded any recommendation for approval.
The commission’s notes will be submitted to Lower Towamensing Township for inclusion in further discussion regarding the proposed plan.
• Blue Ridge Pressure Casting proposes building a 23,514-square-foot building at 981 Bridge St., Lehighton. The site is the existing complex for the company. It was noted that there are several areas that must be addressed before any recommendation could be made.
The notes will be sent to Lehighton for inclusion in further discussion.
