The identity of a man whose body was found by the train tracks in the area of Second Street and Delaware Avenue in Palmerton Monday afternoon has been released.

Carbon County Coroner Robert Miller identified the man as Troy Dubois, 51.

Miller said Dubois was homeless.

He said the cause of death is awaiting the toxicology report.

Borough police Chief Tim Kromer said officers were called at 3:30 p.m.

Palmerton EMS assisted at the scene.
