West Penn Township Police took a Missouri man into custody on an outstanding warrant after investigating a parking complaint on Oct. 26.

The driver of the illegally parked vehicle on West Penn Pike (Route 309) was identified as Kamry Evette Rich, 29, of Kansas City, Missouri.

Rich was found to be a fugitive from justice, wanted on felony charges with an outstanding bench warrant from Shawnee County, Kansas.

The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the warrant and extradition from Pennsylvania.

Rich was taken into custody on the outstanding bench warrant, arraigned by District Judge Andrew J. Serina, Orwigsburg, on a fugitive from justice charge, and jailed in the Schuylkill County Prison.
