Holiday-themed entertainment will fill Penn’s Peak and other local and regional venues over the next couple of weeks.

The Peak will host two performances of Ryan Pelton’s Elvis Christmas Show. Pelton, an award-winning Elvis Presley tribute act, performed for nearly a decade with the production show Legends in Concert.

Meanwhile, rock band Switchfoot will bring its This Is Our Christmas Tour to the Peak. The group divides the 10 tracks on its new holiday album by “Songs we wrote” and “Songs we didn’t.”

Over at the Mauch Chunk Opera House, Twelve Twenty-Four will perform two shows featuring music from Trans-Siberian Orchestra and the group’s own catalog.

• Ryan Pelton: An Elvis Christmas Show, 1 p.m. Nov. 30 and 8 p.m. Dec. 3. Pelton, an Elvis Presley tribute artist, won an “Elvis Impersonators Edition” of NBC’s “The Weakest Link” in 2002. In 2007, he served as an Elvis body double during a duet with Celine Dion on “American Idol.”

• Switchfoot, 8 p.m. Dec. 4. Formed in San Diego, California, in 1996, the rock band features brothers Jon and Tim Foreman, along with Chad Butler and Jerome Fontamillas. The group, which has numerous entries on Billboard’s Christian charts, released its 13th studio album, “This is Our Christmas Album,” earlier this month.

• Eaglemania, 8 p.m. Nov. 25 and 26. The tribute band - which performs the Eagles’ greatest hits, plus solo material by Don Henley, Glenn Frey and Joe Walsh - consists of Frankie Reno, John Gaechter, J.D. Kelly, Ken Darcy, Jon Weiswasser and Dennis Espantman.

• Twelve Twenty-Four, 8 p.m. Dec. 2 and 3. The 10-piece act, hailing from northeastern Pennsylvania, performs the music of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, plus selections from its 2010 debut album “Miracle on Rock Street” and 2012’s “Light in the Dark.“ Co-founder Lenny Kucinksi will retire from the band at the end of this year.

Formed in Stillwater, New Jersey, the band - whose music includes elements of genres such as progressive bluegrass, folk and rock - released its first album, “The Black Bear Sessions,” in 2001. The group, named after a Jack Kerouac poem, features Todd Sheaffer, Tim Carbone, John Skehan, Carey Harmon, Andrew Altman, Matt Slocum and Mike Robinson.
