Franklin Township supervisors approved two building projects this week.

Supervisors granted conditional final plan approval to the Franklin Heights Complex Land Development & Stormwater Management Plan, contingent on the letter of credit and developer agreement.

Woody Frey currently has two existing storage buildings and a two-story building used for a day care located on Franklin Road.

His plan is to add three more storage buildings.

Supervisors approved the Leggett MJ LLC waiver requests, as well as final approval for the Leggett MJ LLC Land Development.

The owner of Majestic Fire Apparel submitted a land development plan to have a storage pole building built as an accessory structure to his current place of business – Majestic Fire Apparel located on Wagner Street.
