Veterans Day lunch

Heritage Hill Senior Community is showing military veterans appreciation for their bravery and service to their country from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 9.

Enjoy a hot lunch to go, courtesy of Heritage Hill, and, in addition, veterans will be presented with a certificate of appreciation and commemorative medal. Pickup is at 800 Sixth St. in Weatherly.

Christmas bus trip

It doesn’t have to be a “Blue Christmas” because you’ll have a merry time with Heritage Hill.

Sign up for our bus trip to Penn’s Peak for a luncheon and sensational Elvis Christmas Show on Nov. 30.

International, award-winning Elvis tribute artist, actor, and songwriter Ryan Pelton dazzles as the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll with his performance of old classics and a mix of holiday music.

The bus leaves Heritage Hill, located at 800 Sixth St., Weatherly, at 10:45 a.m.; lunch at noon; and the show starts at 1 p.m.

The cost is $65 per person and includes round-trip transportation, lunch, and performance.

Space is limited for this event, and payment is due by Nov. 9.
