West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Monday morning:

• Approved impound salvage list and quotes.

• Adopted a resolution modifying the Community Development Block Grant Program for fiscal years 2018 ($66,981) and 2019 ($15,368).

• Approved an application for certification for the Community Block Grant Program for 2022.

• Adopted a resolution approving the budget for Community Development Block Grant Program for 2022.

• Adopted a resolution to implement Act 27 of 2022, Property Tax Penalty Waiver Provisions.

• Noted that trick or treat will be from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31.

• Announced that the board’s Nov. 7 meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the township’s Annex Building.
