CCTI serves up year’s first lunch

The Harvest Cafe Restaurant at Carbon Career & Technical Institute had its first public lunch Friday. The food was prepared and served by chef A.J. Burke and the students in the Culinary Arts Department at CCTI.

The menu included ham, chicken marsala, ravioli, soup, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, bread, desserts and beverages. Reservations are required for lunch at CCTI, Jim Thorpe.
