Bowmanstown Borough Council on a 4-0 vote took the following action last week:

• Agreed to pay $60,985 to Lehigh Asphalt for final application for payment, including the inlet top unit change order for the White Street HOP inlets.

• Agreed to pay $38,562 to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions for material certifications and final payment application for the Lime Street paving project.

• Agreed to spend an amount not to exceed $3,500 on leaf collection.

• Accepted the resignation of Chad Everett from the Water Authority Board at the end of this year. Anyone interested in applying for the seat may send their letter of interest to the borough.

• Announced that the borough’s next budget meeting is at 7 p.m. Oct. 18.

• Trick or treat is from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28.

• Agreed to hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. Nov. 8.
