Fall festival at Owl Creek Reservoir

A fall festival will be held at 1 p.m. at the Owl Creek Reservoir in Tamaqua on Oct. 15.

The event, organized by the Owl Creek Reservoir Commission, will feature both fall foliage hayrides and haunted hayrides.

The festival takes place from the lower reservoir pavilion area. Attendees should park in the Owl Creek Road lot.

Ticket sales will stop at 9 p.m. The festival will run until 11 p.m. or until the last hay wagon returns.

Pre-sales for the haunted hayrides will be held Oct. 12, 13 and 14 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Tom’s Auto and Marine, 250 S. Greenwood St., Tamaqua. Tickets will also be available on the day of the event.

In the event of rain, the event will be Oct. 22.
