Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Executed a Local Share Assessment fund application requesting $26,360 for the township’s police department for card readers for its vehicles.

• Approved a resolution for the police pension plan contribution requirement for 2023, with the minimum municipal obligation in the amount of $122,984.

• Approved a resolution for the nonuniform pension plan contribution requirement for 2023, with the minimum municipal obligation in the amount of $19,323.

• Approved the Timothy and Amy Goldy reverse subdivision waiver request to the township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance section pertaining to stormwater.

• Approved the Timothy and Amy Goldy a reverse subdivision approval of the waiver dated Aug. 17 for SALDO (The planning commission recommended to the board approval of the reverse subdivision contingent on Note 23 which requires new lot name from Miller to new lot 2A).

• Tabled the Emergency Operations Plan.
