The Joint Operating Committee of the Carbon Career and Technical Institute approved a 5-year roof warranty extension with Weatherproofing Technologies for $97,957.

The committee also approved the following items:

• $1,125 to Dave McAndrew Jr., Panther Valley School District superintendent, serving as superintendent of record to CCTI from Aug. 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022 per the established stipend.

• Francine Kluck as adult education site supervisor.

• Michelle Allen as Title IX and Section 504 coordinator and the school safety and security coordinator.

• Carly Rinda as digital marketing and business fundamentals instructor.

• Scott Bartholomew as a teacher mentor with a $1,000 stipend.

• Laura Foeller as an instructional aide.

• Sandi Kohutka as an instructional aide mentor with a $500 stipend.

• The following to the Threat Assessment Team: Brent Borzak, administrative director; Michelle Allen, principal; Christine Trovato, facilitator of special education; Ken Walters, supervisor of buildings and grounds; Rebecca Schaeffer, school nurse; Eugene Colosimo, guidance counselor; Jeffry Nietz, guidance assistant; and Henry Woods, school police/resource officer.
