Summit Hill police charged Ryan Wickkiser, 34, with burglary, stalking and harassment in connection with a July incident.

Police Chief Todd Woodward said Wickkiser, whose last known address is in the 200 block of West Ludlow Street, Summit Hill, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Edward Lewis and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Woodward said the incident happened in the 100 block of East White Street in the borough.
