Monroe crashes

State police reported the following crashes along Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

• A two-vehicle crash happened Aug. 19 at the intersection with an unnamed street. Police said Kayleigh G. Germino, 18, of Albrightsville, driving a Mercedes-Benz, turned left in front of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by David J. Patchett, 69, of Ephrata, Berks County. No one was injured. Germino was cited for the crash, police said.

• A two-vehicle crash happened Aug. 16 at the intersection with Switzgabel Drive. Police said George A. Hettinger, 35, of Brodheadsville, failed to yield the right-of-way to oncoming traffic and his vehicle hit a vehicle being driven by Zelma M. Kinsey, 67, of Effort. No injuries were reported.

Hettinger was cited for a stop sign violation, police said.

• Police said a Ford Fusion, driven by Jessica G. Vanorden, 29, of Saylorsburg, rear-ended a Dodge Durango driven by Carlos F. Romero Tenesaca, 36, of Bronx, New York on Aug. 18.

Two passengers with Romero Tenesaca, both teenagers, were injured and taken to an East Stroudsburg hospital by West End ambulance.

Vanorden was cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.

• State police said a Kresgeville man rear-ended a New Jersey woman Aug. 22 in the westbound lane of Interstate 80 in Stroudsburg.

Police say Daniel J. Pagano, driving a pickup, hit Andrea M. Britt of Jersey City. She was driving a Hyundai Elantra. No injuries were reported.

Pagano was cited for following too closely, police said.
