State police at the Lehighton barracks released details in the following cases:
• Police cited two people after a domestic dispute at 9:47 p.m. Aug. 8 on Centre Street in Parryville.
Cited and also listed as victims are a 53-year-old man from Parryville and a 41-year-old woman from Summit Hill.
An 18-year-old woman from Summit Hill was also a victim.
• Police are investigating a harassment case at 1 p.m. Aug. 5.
A 24-year-old woman from Apple Street, Bowmanstown, reported someone left unwanted notes on her property. As a result of the incident, police said disorderly conduct charges are filed in the case, but they did not reveal who the defendant is.
• Police said at 1:28 a.m. on July 23 troopers were dispatched to Interchange Road at Red Hill Road in Towamensing Township, for a report of a vehicle that had been stopped in the lane of travel with its lights on.
Troopers found the driver, Hunter Schoch, 21, of Palmerton, to be showing signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DUI. Charges to be filed.
• Police said a 2005 Mazda 3 was stopped at 9:48 a.m. on July 30 at Bankway and East Bridge streets in Lehighton for a vehicle code violation. The driver, a 35-year-old woman from Nesquehoning, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She refused all testing. She will be charged, troopers said.
