Bring your general exhibits to The Schuylkill County Fair officials have announced the drop off schedule for general exhibits.

Exhibitors should bring their entries to the fair grounds between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on July 30.

Go directly to the building that houses your department. For example, the main exhibit building houses Arts and Crafts, Needlework, Baked and Canned Goods, Wine and Youth Departments. The PA Preferred building displays Hay and Grain, Fruit, and Vegetable Departments. The horticulture building exhibits Flowers.

A person’s exhibit will be carefully displayed in the exhibit halls.

Fruit, vegetables, flowers, and other perishable items will be judged and awarded ribbons with premiums to follow while still fresh on Saturday evening.

Nonperishable items will be judged and awarded prizes Sunday.

Exhibits will be on display for the entire week of the fair, and are ready for pick up between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Aug. 7.
