In personnel moves Wednesday, the Schuylkill County Salary Board announced the following changes:

• Resigning from the Children and Youth Services Agency were Joan Payne, West Mahanoy Township, and Ashley Holshue, Pine Grove Township, both county caseworker IIs. Payne will resign as of June 30 and Holshue will resign as of July 1, 2022.

• Human Resources Department administrative assistant Rita Ann Kraft, East Brunswick Township, will retire as of July 8.

• Part-time Assistant District Attorney Andrew J. Serina, West Penn Township, and detective ll Edward Lizewski, Catawissa, resigned from the District Attorney’s office as of June 17.

The Coroner’s Office hired Kathleen Merna, Frackville, as a deputy coroner/investigator as of July 5. She’ll be paid according to the fee schedule.
