On June 9 at 11 a.m. the Carbon Chapter of Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees will hold their general membership meeting at Radical Winery 511 Mahoning Drive E., Lehighton.

At the meeting the Lauretta Woodson awards will be presented. These awards are given annually to honor one educator and one support professional. This year, the honorees are from the Weatherly School District.
