Mark K. Loughran, 33, of Kunkletown, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said he was stopped at 2:20 a.m. Feb. 4 at State Rt. 534 and Pine Street in Polk Township for a Vehicle Code violation, after which time police learned he was driving while intoxicated.
