A Nesquehoning man has been cited by Tamaqua Police following an altercation in the borough on Monday.

Joshua D. Kleckner, 34, of 244 W. Columbia St., Nesquehoning, was cited for harassment after he reportedly confronted Brandon Michael Scull, 29, of 244 W. Columbus Ave., Nesquehoning. The incident was reported to police at 7:47 p.m. Monday and took place on West Cottage Avenue, to the rear of La Dolce Casa Restaurant.Kleckner initially denied having any physical contact with Scull, but later admitted to grabbing him by the shirt and pushing him against a wall.
