State police at Fern Ridge reported a Monroe County man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, at 908 Toll Road, in Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers said Joseph B. Shevlin, 40, of Effort, was cited for allegedly grabbing a 40-year-old female at that address by the arm during a verbal altercation.
