Two girls were seriously injured Tuesday evening when involved in an all-terrain vehicle accident in Kline township.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. just off James Street in the area of the No. 8 reservoir near the village of Kelayres.
Reports from the scene are that the girls struck a tree both suffering severe head injuries. Both were flown to area trauma centers.
